And conclusion is: Highly recommended!
Февраль 2009, Constantine and his family from Canada stayed in the apartment Petra
"Finally I get to the computer to tell you about my Prague tour. I will describe you everything as it was and share my positive experience. So, we had to spend 10 days in Prague. As soon as I visited Prague with my wife and a little kid we didn’t want anyone to disturb our rest and we didn’t want our little kid to bother others. Besides that we wanted to rent an apartment close to the transport and within a few minutes walk to the closest shops. Funny isn’t it? Actually, that is not very difficult to find such an apartment in the central part of Prague, but these are usually either very expensive apartments or some sort of a dormitory somewhere in the outskirts of Nusle or Zizkov. So we decided to turn to private apartments. We searched through the internet and got several results with Prague apartments. Looking through all of them we finally decided to choose apartment Petra..."

It's a wonderful place to stop in
January 2009, Vichy from Izrael stayed in the apartment Petra
"I spent 5 days in Petra apartment this January. It's a wonderful place to stop in and has a very nice location. It is very close to all the modern conveniences and at the same time is not crowded with tourists. It is always very pleasant and easy to get back there after having a walk across the winter Prague. You can make sure that shaded light, cozy sofa, subdued colors and warmness are waiting for you in the apartment. Everything needed for a quiet life can be found there – nice modern kitchen, tableware, washing machine, hot and cold running water. You will never think over about anything this, as it is just there to make your rest more pleasant and quiet. And even after you get back home you still remember all those vaulted-ceilinged spacious rooms as a memory for that magical winter Prague. I would like to give my special thanks to Evgeny, the owner of the apartment who complied with all my requests and gave me a ride from the airport. Such an attitude moves, stays in memory and corresponds with the room style and Prague as a whole." |

Thank you very much
July-September 2008, Paul and his family from Ukraine stayed in the apartment Petra
"Our family of three people lived in apartments Petra since early July to early September 2008. The first - is of course location. Beautiful house in a beautiful central Prague's area. In the side of the mob of tourists and at the same time, in the heart of the city with great architecture. It is just a few steps from the square of Jiriho z Podebrad. And about 200 meters from the Zhizhkovskov's TV tower - close, prominent even from remote areas of Prague benchmark.
Everything is very close, and there is no need to fuss. Metro - two-minute walk, trams - in two minutes, supermarket, banks, post office, restaurants - also in two minutes walk...
Equipment and furniture is perfect for family life. The apartment seemed to me even slightly bigger than at the photo.
This is impossible not to say a few words about the owner of apartment Petra.
All two months while we lived at apartment, owner clearly followed on commitments to provide us shelter and related services. We want to thank him for all this, thank you very much!" |

PERFECT, I'm very satisfied.
July 2008, Natalia from Russia stayed in the apartment Petra
Natalia wrote in her live journal:
"Due to high request, I want to disclose secret information about how tourist can properly settle in Prague.
The coolest option for the price-quality is to rent an apartment. This is cheaper if you compare with a hotel and more much more comfortable if to compare with a hostel.
Metro nearby, close to transportation... Apartment - doubles, but I rented only one room and I was billed only for a room, rather than for a flat.
There is a bed, locker, chair, cable TV, table, chairs - basically there's all you need...
As it says 'cheap but good'. Nothing superfluous, but with all necessary...
The owner Evgeny - a great guy. In general, PERFECT, I am happy."

I had a lot of fun!
Nowember 2007, Dani from USA stayed in apartment Petra
Dani wrote in here blog:
"Instead of staying at a hotel, hostel, or with friends, I decided to do something a little different this time. I stayed in this cozy little temporary apartment in the Vinohrady district. Let me tell you, this place was absolutely ideal for me! It had everything I wanted and needed...laundry machine, kitchenette, dishes, linens, kitchen utensils, comfortable bed, and satellite TV. I even managed to pick up a WiFi signal for my laptop, which wasn't supposed to be included. Though the signal was weak and spotty, it was still better than going to an internet cafe and I was grateful to have it...
The location is excellent in my opinion! It's in a quiet, safe, residential area and is just a 3 minute walk to the metro station! Downtown Prague and tourist attractions are still rather close and easily accessible...
Believe it or not, this apartment is surprisingly affordable! It costs less than staying in a hotel... plus you don't have to answer to reception and housekeepers. Friendly, prompt, reliable, and free airport pickup is included in the price for longer stays...
This apartment truly felt like HOME while visiting Prague! I would highly recommend it to anyone... especially to those who are on a budget and are looking for convenience, simplicity, comfort, privacy, good times, and a home away from home while visiting this beautiful city."
